Meagan Elfert with York
Meagan Elfert, CDT, MBA, CBS, is the Vice President for York Flashings and has been part of the York team for 10 years. She manages York’s sales team across all regions of the USA and oversees the strategic direction of the organization. Meagan gives presentations on flashing and transition compatibility, sustainability, and performance to the AEC community across the country. She also provides educational sessions for contractors and performs job site visits to bring installers the latest technology and best flashing practices.

Meagan is currently active in the local Building Enclosure Council Research Triangle chapter of North Carolina and is the electronic communications chair. She is also part of the IIBEC Carolinas Chapter, the Air Barrier Association of America, the North Carolina Masonry Contractors Association, and is on the board for Target Community and Educational Services, Inc

Steven Butts with Henry a Carlisle Company
Steve Butts is the Midwest Regional Sales Director for Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies. He began a career in the building materials industry and has focused on Division 9 and Division 7 products. He has been involved with Building Envelope products since 2009 and has experience with all types of below grade waterproofing, air barriers, and above grade waterproofing.

Jason Hildenbrand is the Director of Branded Sales for MTL
MTL is the brand entity for Hickman Edge Systems, Metal-Era, and Citadel Architectural Products. Jason’s responsibility is supporting the MTL network of Independent Sales Representatives, Private Label membrane partners, and specifier and contractor clients.Prior to joining OMG, Jason attended Indiana State University for Construction Management and served 10 years in the United States Army.

Jason lives in Mills River, NC with his wife Stacey and two daughters, Layla (14) and Natalie (11).
