PreCom Type C – Is a hydrophobic acrylic impregnated polyurethane foam with a factory applied silicone facer designed for expansion joints that require an aesthetically pleasing appearance while remaining water tight with a wide expansion/contraction range. The product comes pre-compressed which enhances the ease of installation. Seams and edges are then sealed with silicone sealant matching the joint facer.
